Cabin Fever: Part II

Hi all and happy Sunday! It's been quite warm outside recently which, to be honest, I'm not so sure is a good thing at this time of the year. It's great to be able to wear a much lighter coat, or no coat at all, but I'm not really ready for warmer weather just yet! I haven't even gotten enough runs in yet on the mountain!

Well, at least we can all look cute without having to wear all that bulky winter gear...

When it gets this warm out, layering a vest over a sweater should suffice. To really get into the lifestyle of the cabin-y, mountain society, a fur vest is always best. If you aren't about that new fur life, you always have some really amazing faux fur options. The technology we have today allows for hyper real-looking faux fur, which I always vote for in this day and age.

The sweater I'm wearing is one by Tommy Hilfiger. It's got this classic, Ivy look to it that just works so well with the fur vest. I thought it was the perfect combo in this woodsy, mountainy mood. What does the 'H' stand for? Hot? Harvard? Help? Let me know what you think it stands for in the comments below.

And of course, I had to wear classic blue jeans with my SW gray/taupe thigh high boots to finish the look.

This look is perfect for an aprés ski night out with live music, good friends, and good drinks at the local mountainside bar.

Hopefully, we'll be able to revel in the cold for just a bit longer as I'm not ready for the weather to change. In the meantime, lets just take advantage of this warmer weather ;)

Come back very soon for another blog post!
