Here's my final look of this week's OOTD's!

Are you excited? You should be. This is the final look for this week's OOTDs, so I'm making this post extra special. I want you all to get to know me, not just through my clothes, but through my descriptions and stories that I include here. It is important to me that you get to understand who I am because creating this blog is quite a personal journey for me, one that I want to share with you all.

This first week has been super busy for me - I never realized how much work goes into a blog! After my 9-6 day job, I get home to work on this thing until midnight every night. While it is exhausting, I am having so so much fun. I've finally realized (after all these goddamn years) that blogging is a huge passion of mine. For me, it is important that what content I'm putting out there is interesting and enticing to people. I have gotten a lot of great feedback from my friends and random people from social media and it has only been 1 week since my launch. I never thought I would enjoy it as much as I do, but I'm really very excited to create more posts on other areas of my life. I also want to one day start video-blogging on YT, but that will be another hurdle to jump when I am ready. In the meantime, please enjoy this OOTD :)

This outfit is one that I would wear any day in the fall; you all know that I love wearing thigh high boots with mini skirts. I think it was really fitting to wear a cable-knit skirt with a fluffy, furry jacket - it just exudes winter-time and cozy nights in, next to a fire with some hot chocolate. Am I painting the picture well enough? Because I'm really in the mood for that right about now.

Yes, this is totally an outfit I would wear on a casual fall/winter night out, or even on a date. It's cozy and sexy.. a wonderful combination. Again, I'm wearing my thigh high boots from Lulu's in this photo, although I would also suggest the Stuart Weitzman boot version of this as well (I will be doing a comparison on these SW boots compared to the Lulu's cheap ones in a separate blog post). The skirt I have on is so old that I don't even remember where I got it from, and I usually remember all of my clothing. But it's still cute and relevant to this season anyway!!

The awesome coat I have on is from that NYC boutique called Scoop (RIP) that was down in Soho. I used to love that store when it was still open. Unfortunately they closed for reasons unknown to me :( It is fully fur lined on the inside (faux - I'm not the biggest fan of real fur) which makes it extremely warm and cuddly. Sometimes it gets to be too hot because of how warm and thick it is, so I end up throwing it over my shoulders (I call it the "Morgan" - so we'll refer to it as that from now on).

Also, I'm just gonna put a little plug in here... My hair is beautifully cut and colored by the lovely Maria of Skin Deep Salon in Totowa, NJ. If you need your hair highlighted or cut, she's the one for you. She's fabulous. End plug.
